Thread: Which type of Uli do you do?

1.The one presented in the excercies section of this site:
1. Form an OK-grip at the base of your erect penis.
2. Squeeze the grip tightly and hold for thirty to sixty seconds
2. The original on that could be found over at TP:
1. Make an ok grip at the base.
2. Push it towards the glans squeezing your dick as tight as possible.
3. There will be a point where you cannot push through anymore. Stop there. That is your anchor.
4. Now try to push through the glans a bit more (half an inch or so) and return back to your anchor point (not to the base - to the anchor point). Repeat that 5 times and your Uli set is done.
5. Rest for a while and goto step 1.
The one remek has written about sounds more like manual clamping and the original one sounds more like hard squeezed jelqs.
I want to know which one you do and what you thing about it.

I do the first one. I have actually never heard about the second one mate but it seems interesting and I might try it.
When I do a uli, I sometimes use a normal OK-grip and sometimes reversed grip right at the base. Nothing difference there I think - just to change the grip so I won't get bored so easily. Nowadays I do 45 seconds each.
Sometimes I have tried double ulis where you also hold under the glans with your other hand while doing the normal uli at the base. It feels good too. And also some jelqing ulis I have done sometimes. They also feel quite nice.

okay, so I just tried those original ones you mention there. I am not sure if I did them correctly but I feel like they are not ulis at all but erect jelqs. Actually, erect jelqs with too tight of a grip! They really felt like these bad boys will push me to overtraining because the grip was so hard, like you wrote there 'squeezing your dick as tight as possible.' And I am not sure how long the step 1. should last? Is it like that I should hold the grip 30 seconds like in a the other uli and then move the grip towards the glans?'

I prefer the first one althought I don´t do it now due I´m a "returning beginner" and I´ve to conditioning my dick before.
But as Elias said, the TP version seems more as an erect dry jelq to me and for that I prefer to still doing my 10 to 15 seconds of high erection (80 to 90%) light grip slow dry jelqs, my unit feels really good (sometimes to the point I want to cum because the blood trapped in the glans), it gets really engorged and no fatigued at all.
