Also did you see the thread on how to build a home-made one in the devices forum? I'm nowhere near handy like that but if someone can build, I will gladly pay, I'd rather give the money to someone on here rather then a company!

How did you break your foot? Were you doing some hanging and then the 15lb weight slipped off and fell on your foot and then broke it!!! Haha. No buddy, I am just messy you with!
Sorry to hear about the injury. Hopefully you got an air cast instead of the plaster cast. Air casts are easy to use and can be taken off for cleaning.

Since you've been hanging, I assume you were going for length. Maybe you could totally change it up and do a Girth program for a few months. It could be the change of pace you need to make some big gains!

Yea I'm hoping when I see the foot doctor tomorrow that he'll give me that giant boot thing instead of putting a cast on my foot for the 6-8 weeks :\
I'm going for both bro so I'm going to take the time tonight and see what my limitations are before I devise a new routine.
As far as a proper decon goes, I plan on PE'ing from today until I leave on my cruise and use that as a decon week. (Still doing my 3-4 on 1 off routine)

Is it weird that for the past 2 nights, that in the middle of the nights when I've woke up from the pain, that I've been harder then a rock? Am I on my way to being a masochist? Just kidding.
Anyways woke up writhing in pain this morning so i decided to take some pics of my fat lil foot. Especially cause most of the pain came from the fucking splint.
And yes, if you were wondering I was an extra in the Lord of the Rings series as a hobbit
