  • Important to progress with kegels?

    I currently do 150 kegels, 150 reverse kegels (front), and 300 reverse kegels (back) and I was wondering is it important to add reps in the future?
    Or is it okay to keep doing the same amount?
    I've been at the same reps for about a month now.
