  • The A-stretch vs. the V stretch

What are the major differences between the A-stretch and the V-stretch?
-Does one attack the Tunic more while the other the Ligs?
-Is one for girth while the other is for length?
-Is one for the inner penis?

I really don't feel a difference. It seems like the same exercise but performed in opposite directions. I am curious on how they effect the anatomy/structure of the penis and the benefits they provide.

I think clarification between the two exercises will help me understand what the hell I am actually doing to myself!!!

    thanks,

They are very similar Mc though we shouldn't understate the opposite direction thing, also the size of the fulcrum and ease of changing fulcrum point.

      Pegasus,

Thanks for the fast reply. So if all things are equal (the size of the Fulcrum and the ease of changing fulcrum point), then these two exercises are basically the same thing. Ok. that was easy.

I read in a thread somewhere here that the V was better for girth while the A stretching the ligs better. I didn't see how that was possible. I am sure that there are minor differences/benefits between the A & V, but I guess it's too minor to factor in when putting together a PE program. Just do both.

      Thanks for clearing it up.

Heh some people swear by one or the other, some swear by both.
My results were not good with either.
So I suggest you experiment re personal preference.
