I am 18 years of age and have not done any penis enlargment. I am currently touching on 6 in length and between 3.5 to 4 in girth. I carry around some weight which I am planning on losing but what is the potential I could reach with PE?

Everyone is different.
I suggest you take accurate measurements first (https://www.pegym.com/penis-exercise...o-instructions). Then start on the JP90 routine to condition your penis.

Welcome to the gym Ethan!
As mentioned above everyone is different so its kinda hard to say, the amount of variables we would have to take into account are too many to give an exact answer. A better solution would be to start working on yourself and see how you do.
Getting started is probably the most difficult part of doing anything, so dive right in. Keep an eye on those PI's and have a good read through the start here thread.
Good luck and stay safe!"Those who know others have knowledge,

Hey Ethan!
Welcome to the Gymnast
It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) by and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.
Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.Valued Member of 9+years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

There's no way to say for sure how much you can gain, every one is different. Your priority should be weight loss over PE, I started PE fat and losing weight helped increase my EQ which is essential for girth gains. Start with a routine like PSEG or JP90, they will get you accustomed to the basic PE exercises and conditioned for more intense exercises. There's a good chance you won't see much girth gain from a beginner routine, hold out on doing advanced girth exercises because they carry a risk of injury you don't want to take.
Start
BPEL: 6.75-7"(not a good measurement)
BEG: 5ish (not a good measurement)
Current (4/10/2018)
BPEL: 8"
MSEG: 5.375-5.45"
Goal
BPEL: 8"+
MSEG: 6"

Hi again
Sorry about the delay in replying and thank you for all the useful information that you have given me. Will prioritise losing weight but still do the beginner exercises alongside and see where it takes me.
Thanks
How do you measure your erect...
Seems like this is it for me....
