  • No Fap/No Porn with PE?

    So I'm wanting to know if anyone has had better results doing PE while on a no fap excursion?

    I found a whole forum dedicated to No Fap/Porn and it's benefits to having a complete reboot done on your sexual health. After issues with finding a relationship in the last year combined with mild depression I've decided that trying this might be beneficial since it helps with brain fog and gives you drive to get stuff done.

    My EQ isn't great right now so I've had to give up on PE for a bit. Has anyone done this kind of thing and noticed better/easier results? One thing I am concerned about is if I give up masturbation/Porn, when I do actually find someone to have sex with I'll orgasm way too quick. Anyone have insights on this as well?

    Well I donít know if it didnít help but I still edged and watched porn , still got small gains after my first month.

        NoFap is a good way to develop Pre-E or ED when you actually become sexually active. In my experience Semen Retention is most beneficial with limited release. Stamina training goes the distance in the long run using Visual or imagination. Keeping your EQ at it's best.

          I'd cut out the porn but keep the fap, maybe limit it to once every two days to once a week depending on EQ.

            Thanks for the replies, there's guys on that forum that have said a compete hard reboot of no Porn, no masturbation, no orgasm has really made their EQ go thru the roof and their pre-e is gone after sex the first time. So I guess it'd depend on the person. Right now I have horrible Pre-e since its been over a year without sex anyway... so I'm not sure what else to try.

              So would it work to try hard reboot for 1-2 months then start to work on edging further and further without ejaculation? I just want my EQ to be 110%

                Attempt a complete rest for 1-2 weeks to allow your libido to peak. From there, ease into structured stamina staining. Stop and Starts/edging are a productive way to vent your libido.

                  Is there any kind of helpful guide to building stamina on here? Seems like every time I try when I start slow, I get close, stop, try to push the feeling back, then eventually end up coming without even touching my dick again in the first 5 mins. It's that bad....

                      I think there's very limited cases where porn is beneficial. I want to get to the point where I never watch it. I could write a lengthy article on why I think porn is detrimental, but I'll just leave it at this.

                        I really don't know why anyone would want to abstain from masturbation unless they have a passionate girlfriend. Longest I've tried to go without it was for a week, but then "relapsed" because I really didn't see any noticeable benefits from it, aside from being more motivated to talk to women. But there is also such thing as TOO much masturbation which can just make your johnson sore, also the intuitive realization of having too much time on your hands to be able to touch yourself that much.

                        I'm in 100% support of the idea of abstaining from PORN however. I think it has really corrupted the minds of men into thinking that their future sexual experiences will always be top-notch theatrical good, which is just not realistic. I know so many guys who just can't even get off to normal sexual encounters anymore because of how glamorized sex is portrayed in porn. I also believe porn is the very birth of performance anxiety and of course the male stigma of penis size. I haven't touched porn in about a year or two.

                          I think not masturbating is unnatural, so is porn for that matter. Porn is like an artificial stimulant and it isnt the real world. Masturbation shouldnt be done as something like a pastime or if youre bored. There has to be some degree of control i guess. Not to mention the side effects of excessive unhealthy masturbation like EQ quality, etc.
                          I believe it should be done just enough to release the excessive pressure but still keep your drive intact. I used to go 1-2 times a day earlier. Now i have restricted myself to maybe 2-3 times a week or less. Earlier, my erections used to be a waste of time, now theyre much more harder, although not through the roof yet.

                            Ive quit porn recently, not a NoFap way, but have studied it a lot. I guess porn I ok with PE, iv done it a
                            lot and it has helped my gains, but the problem is the brain and the problems that is has on our daily lives... You
                            can gain without porn. Also you will have a much better erection, and you do not accidentally cum..
                            I get satisfied from only fapping and doing my routine now, its pleasurable and a bit more than when
                            watching porn. The only problem its pretty boring without porn... But im dedicated and has now got
                            the discipline to NOT WATCH PORN.

                              It's been 2 weeks without Porn, 1 week since last orgasm. Been going after the hard reset approach that I've read about. EQ is still coming back so I haven't started back with PE exercises yet. I was at a point where it was hard to maintain right erection level when doing jelqs, so that's the reason for reset. I've also noticed that without Porn/masturbation brain fog is gone and I'm more motivated to do things I normally wouldn't and get stuff done. Also getting easier to talk to women. Going to break back into PE next week then work on edge training to not go past precuming.
