Thread: How to keep from loosing gains

I have read alot of the testimonials about gains being permanent and loosing gains when stoping PE. I was just wondering, what is the best way to ensure you don't loose your gains, once you feel you have hit a comfortable size?

Do a search on cementing. But I'll give you a rundown real quick.
Let's say you're routine when you finally satisfy your need to grow that monster consists of:
150 v jelqs
20 mins stretching.
Cementing your gains you would probably look at doing somewhere around 250 jelqs, 125 v-jelqs, and 15 mins of stretching.
It's maintanence in a way where you cut back on a routine so you stop gaining and cement them. Like weightlifting, you have to do something to maintain all the work you put it.
That helps you keep your gains.
