Do you think I could still get gains if I drink alcohol at the weekend? I will give up smoking at least but once a week like to have a drink.

Alcohol negatively affects EQ so I never drink on girth days and try to moderate drinking or not drink at all otherwise. You should be fine if you don't drink too often and don't drink till you're drunk.Start

I have a drink or two before meals on a regular basis and have made decent gains.
