I’m new to PE (researched it a while back and didn’t seriously get into it) and started last week with JP90. I find the routine slightly difficult because I am uncircumcised and one handed jelqs don’t feel effective to me. I do try and break it up with stretching in the am shower and jelqing at night mainly because I don’t have the time to do it all once without my wife asking me what I’m doing. Of course, I could tell her but she probably wouldn’t understand; despite having a lot of self esteem issues. So I’m only 5.25” and want length as the overall goal.
I guess what I want to do know is should I go jelq free or finish jp90? Part of me says I should stick to a routine and measure results but the other part of me says to listen to my body and try something effective (I’m referring to me feeling like my jelqs are ineffective). I just want to get in a good routine and see results and do it efficiently. I tend to be an overthinker and just want to have success.
