hey everyone, I originally started PE last year and practised it for about 6 months then I kind of took a long break of about 2 months , I used to do 20 min jelqing and hang for 3 sets of 15 min. So my question is I want to start again now but I'm not sure what my routine now should be, any advice? oh and im mainly looking for length at the moment. Thanks.

Have a low erection level with jelqs for length and focus on stretches aswell.

If you want to continue with the routine you had before I'd suggest doing a warm up, jelq set, hang set, jelq set, hang set, jelq set, hang set, warm down. Or go ahead with JP's routine because that is fool proof as well.
