  • To clamp or not to clamp!?

    So I've been doing PE for almost 2 months and I have done before and although I have some length gains (rulers can't lie) plus it feels much longer, girth is not moving a mm. My routine is 20 mins jelqs, v jelqs, UJ, UV and ulis and 10-15 minutes stretching. I get good expansion but Ulis tire my hands. Also I don't get any sore from the workouts. I mean I did my last session yesterday at night then went to sleep and in the morning strong wood with no itchiness whatsoever. So my question is, should I start some clamping maybe 3 minute sessions at first and see how it goes? Cable clamps are not available in greece should I use metalic ones with a screw and some soft material underneath, or should I wait and add a bit more duration to my sessions?

    Goal: BPEL 7.5"+ MEG: 5"+
