Thread: Do cardio!

Hello everyone, so I am pretty out of shape, I hate cardio, I neglected it all the time, only wanted to lift weights so I never ran or anything, but two weeks ago I did a run/walk following the "couch to 5k" training log. I did day one. It was like 25 minutes total of walking/running, made for beginners straight off the couch. Well anyways even just doing that alone one time I noticed my erections were stronger, and I gained about half an inch in length from doing that alone! Not to mention the runners high you get after you're doing exercising. It's just food for you all around.. I haven't done it since then because I got lazy and now my ankles are flaring up, and I've noticed my erection has started to return back to it's normal size. But all I did was cardio for one day (25 minutes) and it increased my EQ and gave me increased size for about a week. I can only imagine what it would do if I made it a regular thing like the schedule recommends. So I can personally attest to cardio exercise being good for increased size, probably because it improves blood circulation through out your entire body. But yeah give it a shot, I highly recommend the program I listed, it's helped a lot of people.
