My recent routine seemed to consist of too many various stretches and not enough focus on length. I started a new routine only a week and half ago, focusing on bundled stretches and tunica stretches. I measured today and was shocked to see my length grew at least 1/8 inch. Is this really possible?

Also I just ordered the lg hanger two weeks ago and still waiting for it to ship but donít want to stop bundled stretches if this routine is going to give gains. Any advice?
