    i Know girth exercises typically help EQ more than length, But jelqing seems to make me turtle afterwards for a while

    It help if you provided a lot more information. There are just too many variables for guessing.

    I will say, I had poor EQ due to over training.
    After talking with Big Al/MeCOACH, I did a variation of the jelq free routine (you can find a lot of info on it here) and my EQ/PI’s improved within a couple of weeks.

        Short and light jelqing sessions, no porn, occasional ejaculation, and edging 10-20 minutes daily. That'll do.
        Start, May '17: BPEL 7.2" x MSEG 5.5"
        December '17: BPEL 8.1" x MSEG 5.9"
        February '18: BPEL 8.2" x MSEG 5.75"

        Long-term goal: BPEL 8.5" x MSEG 6.25"

          Lots of them and forever.
          Try some edging as well.
