    has anyone here done the THE BEGINNER'S PENIS EXERCISE ROUTINE?
    10 minutes of penis warm-up
    6 minutes of basic stretching
    10 minutes of jelqing
    kegel

    what were your results doing this routine and is it a good routine to follow?

    It works, it's a great start to condition yourself against injuries, and it just makes plain sense to start off slow. Nothing will happen in the short term but as time goes on.....!
    The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

      I dont understand the days i have to do it. I understand the first week i do 1 day on 1 day off then what do i do after the first week?
