  • No Girth Gains to Date. Any ideas appreciated.

    I've been doing basic PE (the JP90) for 3.5 months. Some minor variations (see my log) once or twice, but same program. I plan to continue to use it until I see no gains (hoping for at least a year with JP90).

    However, after all this time, I've had no gains MEG. I'm still at 5.0 inches. I figured by now, I'd at least see 1/8".

    Any ideas what what could be causing no girth gains, but still show gains in length?

    I'm currently experiencing the opposite issue. I've gained some in length, but my length seems to have plateaued, where I seem to be able to continue to gain girth. I have been doing Uli's and Erect squeezes though, that really seems to help with girth.
    Starting - Goal
    BPEL: 6.7 - BPEL: 8.5
    MSEG: 5.25 - MSEG: 6.25
    Current: BPEL: 7.0 MSEG: 5.6

      I would think that girth gain would be harder due their being more volume in girth gain than length gain. How old are you wantmore12? Also half an inch increase in 3 months is very good, so look at it as a positive. Do you believe your length gains were mainly due to better EQ?

        I'm 50. I do believe much of my length was EQ. I was riding 6 5/8" for what seemed an eternity (lol), and I just broke over 6.75 recently. I think those were regular gains.

        Im hoping to get a 1/4" more in hopefully 6 months, which would put me at 7". But I would like some girth.

        InJoker, my understanding has been girth is easier, especially with good jelqing. How long have you been at it?

          I contribute my one inch gain in girth to an aggressive pumping program.

          12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
          01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1
          01/14 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.25
          01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5
          Fat Pad = 1+/-

            I forget if I've asked you this before, but did you pump using a Bathmate or air pump?
            Was it long sessions at low pressure or high pressure low session time?

              Air pump. A 20 minute session in the morning at 5 hg and again at night, five or six days a week plus one 45 minute session a week at 4 hg. Once a week.

                I've been on here maybe 6 or 7 months now? I haven't really been tracking time. I have taken a couple of short breaks in that time. From what I have seen on here, different people tend to get different results. Some people get length easier, some girth. I don't know if jelqing is why. My current routine is as follows.

                I do the JP90 warm up, including stretches. Then, I do:
                100 jelqs, 60 second uli
                100 jelqs, 60 second uli
                100 jelqs, 60 second uli
                50 jelqs, 60 second erect squeeze.

                I built up to this, so maybe don't do this immediately unless you think you should be fine.

                Then I warm down like outlined in JP 90.
                Starting - Goal
                BPEL: 6.7 - BPEL: 8.5
                MSEG: 5.25 - MSEG: 6.25
                Current: BPEL: 7.0 MSEG: 5.6
