For a while now I’ll been doing everything like 5-6 days a week. Pump, clamp, and stretch all in one day, 5-6 days a week. I think I need a better approach.
Alternate girth and length day? All girth for a month, then all length for a month? Girth for a week, lengthe for a week? How do you guys structure your routine.
