Thread: Manual Stretching Using A Hanger

Like many on here, I find it difficult to keep a handle on things whilst stretching with my hands. Do you see any problem with strapping into your hanger,be it a Bib , AFB, or whatever, and using that during your stretching routine. Seems much easier to hold onto, especially for the 30-60 second ea. multi direction pulls. Have any here tried this? Thanx!

Does anyone else think this would be a good idea to help w/ grip and hand fatigue,etc?

It would be easier to use a small towel or even a silicone sleeve to enhance and pad your grip.

Still wondering if anyone has manual stretched using a hanger for a better grip.

If you're gonna spend the money and effort to attach a hanger, just use it as a hanger.
If you want better grip, put some aloe gel on it and let it dry until it's kinda tacky.
It doesn't make sense to spend a bunch of money for a good hanger and then still spend an hour with one hand or the other occupied.
