  • random stretching

    got 7 and now im chilling, not too focused on PE but wondering if anyone has made any gains just stretching w.e they feel like it.

    no set routine
    1/1/17 - BPEL 6.25
    4/1/17 - BPEL 6.9

    -----took break-------

    12/6/17 - BPEL 6.9
    1/10/18 - BPEL 7.1
    2/7/18 - BPEL 7.25

    GOAL - 7.5 BPEL

    If I remember correctly there was a guy around here that did random stretching all day. He worked from home so when he could, he would stretch.
    Got up in high 8 or juts over 9 inches.
    Thought I had subscribed to his thread...but cannot find.

        I do much random stretching. Like ten times a day or more. I haven't gained in long time though.

            I randomly stretch all day. To the other poster that talked about Stan, that’s who I was thinking of and why I do it. Guy was huge and randomly stretched all day but he started it huge too.

            Can’t say if it’s working for me. My gains in my 10 months of PE have only been 0.5 inches in length, haven’t measured my girth it months and it does seem bigger but last time I measured no change in girthbas well. So i don’t have much to show for.

            To me all day stretching makes sense. In a stretched out, extended state more frequently and since you’re not doing one big routine at once probably less chance of too much fatigue and killing EQ
