Question about streching

Hi guys i am just new to here,i am starting a routine with just jelqing and streching and i dont know how lany sets i should do for streching and jelqing? And streching exercise dont need an lube or oil right?

No need for lube or oil with stretching, counter productive, actually.

As for how many, best to look into the JP90 if you are just starting out.
