  • Fresh Start With My Hanging Progression log

    So, I have gained around 1.5" from PE over the past ten years. I did not PE the entire time, only on and off and never was very dedicated. I decided to take up hanging and hit it hard to get to my goal of 9" NBPEL. I am currently at 6.5" NBPEL, so I am aiming for a 2.5" gain. I am hanging for 1-2 hours a day in twenty minute sets using the Bib Hanger. I also have a PE pro that I am trying to get on a program with.

    I am posting this thread for encouragement and help regarding the struggles I encounter. I look forward to interacting with you all, thank you.

    So update, my wife and I had sex the other day and she said I definitely feel "bigger". Guess that is a huge plus. Not planning on measuring until three months. I am currently 7 6/8 BPEL. Short term Goal is 8". Consistently putting in at least an hour a day. I am also currently trying to using the Phallason Forte at night while I sleep.
