I have been clamping for a week now, slowly worked my way from 1 set of 5 mins to 3 sets of 5 mins last session which was yesterday. Been doing 1 day on 1 day off. So far dick has been responding great. Absolutely no turtling, and it hangs nicely all the time, no pain etc. So I was just wondering if there are any tips, details, etc from fellow clampers who have gained well. small Things that they noticed made the difference. Also when should I increase time? anything helps!

Do you use a mousepad strip to line the inside of the clamp? That helps if not. When I clamped I preferred to do one clamping session of 10-15 minutes. You could do 2 days on one day off. Check my routine in the signature and look for the Girth Buster part.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log
