I'm the kinda guy who plans ten years in advance, and already have it marked in my calendar when the JPop 90 Day routine ends and Radiohead's Intermediate 4 Week routine begins. But I'd like to have an extra routine as munition for when these two both come to a close.
I'm looking for both length and girth gains, but in particular, length is preferable.
