Thread: Post-Intermediate Routines

I'm the kinda guy who plans ten years in advance, and already have it marked in my calendar when the JPop 90 Day routine ends and Radiohead's Intermediate 4 Week routine begins. But I'd like to have an extra routine as munition for when these two both come to a close.
I'm looking for both length and girth gains, but in particular, length is preferable.

Not a problem brother, it happens!
Also if you're worried about getting a good routine down you can ask some of the other members on here to help you tailor a routine that is specific to what you need!
But of course you should keep track of what works for you and what doesn't.
It's also nice to know if you are a Tunica or Smooth Muscle limited person as well.
