    Hello All,

    Starting a log today to help me stick with my routine and hopefully reach my goals.
    I gained .5 in length with the JP90 routine but nothing since.

    My Routine: 5 days a week

    Mornings:
    15 minute heating pad
    5 minute bundled stretches
    30 cranks
    stretch up, down, left, right, btc left, btc right, btc center x30 sec each
    three sets of the above
    5 minute warm down
    20 minutes edging

    Whenever I pee I do one set of the above stretches

    I wear en extender for almost 10 hours 4 days a week

    Night:
    15 minute heating pad
    5 minute bundled stretches
    30 cranks
    stretch up, down, left, right, btc left, btc right, btc center x30 sec each
    three sets of the above
    5 minute warm down
    20 minutes edging


    I plan to do this routine until the end of the year with a decon break or two in between
    My goal is to gain 1 inch in length

    Congrats on your gains so far.

    I would suggest picking two or three stretches and holding them for longer. Thirty seconds is a warmup. I stretch for 3-4 minutes each, usually SD and BTC-R+L, several times a day with moderate intensity (go until the lig hits end range and then pull just a little harder). I also stretch while applying heat to save time and make sure I'm elongating it while its good and hot, and hold that stretch while its cooling to body temp.
    01Jun18: BPEL 6.75, MSEG 5.0
    04Aug18: 7.375x5.5
    12Sep18: 7.5x5.375 (haven't had time for ULIs)

    Goal: 7.5-8 x 5.5-6. Almost there!

    Heat makes all the difference.

      Thanks for the tip, I took over a month off so starting slow for a few weeks then I will up the intensity and time.

                        now until 2018, all out length
