Starting a log today to help me stick with my routine and hopefully reach my goals.
I gained .5 in length with the JP90 routine but nothing since.
My Routine: 5 days a week
Mornings:
15 minute heating pad
5 minute bundled stretches
30 cranks
stretch up, down, left, right, btc left, btc right, btc center x30 sec each
three sets of the above
5 minute warm down
20 minutes edging
Whenever I pee I do one set of the above stretches
I wear en extender for almost 10 hours 4 days a week
Night:
15 minute heating pad
5 minute bundled stretches

stretch up, down, left, right, btc left, btc right, btc center x30 sec each
three sets of the above
5 minute warm down
20 minutes edging
I plan to do this routine until the end of the year with a decon break or two in between
My goal is to gain 1 inch in length
