So Iíve been doing JP90 for about 4-5 months and thought its time to move on. Iíve gained about 0.5 inches in both length and girth. Iím overall happy with that but I really wanna gain about 0.5 more in length.

So, my new routine is based on JP90 but with a twist. 5 days a week, 2 days rest.

5 A-Stretches 30 sec each
JP90-Stretches for 30 sec at left, right, straight and up
10 minutes of jelqing downwards at 30% erected

Is this routine good for length? Could I modify it more?
