I don’t know what’s going on. I did my routine for 7 weeks (standard stretches, 10 minute jelq and edging) and everything was good. Took a week and a half off because life happened, but it worked out well. Measured after and I gained .5cm in girth. My guy was hanging fatter and longer and my erections were killer. Started my routine back up and added a few erect kegels and 2 minutes to the jelq time. The first few days back on it were good but everything has gone down hill. Flaccid isn’t turtled but it’s not as full as it has been and today I couldn’t get hard enough to jelq so I gave up, I jelq with a high erection level. I haven’t got a lot of sleep so I’m not sure if it’s that or adding to the routine but I’m a little frustrated. Any thoughts?

Anxiety
A week long decon break is a good thing and at 7 weeks in that's a perfect time for one. You need to relax about life and your member.Original/Current Stats:

One of you two is still on vacation. Must gently make the transition back to a successful routine.

I was thinking I jumped back into it and overworked him. I’ll take a break and start off slower. Thanks for the input!
5.5'' in length? Yes 5.5''...
5.5 is enough?
