I wanna add this exercise to my girth routine and it's a good exercise to do along with the bathmate but I have no idea how to do this exercise correctly. I been pe for 3 months. Anyone can explain to me on how to do this exercise correctly? perhaps a video will be good if there is one. Thanks

Well, I do them the following way:
- I get about a 80 t 90% erection
- I wrap my base and squeeze hard with an ok grip (standard)
- I stroke upwards (jelq motion) about an inch, I can´t go more since I´m squeezing hard. I keep my hand squeezing in that position.
- With the palm of the other hand I push my glans towards the base of my penis, kind of trying to compress a can of coke.
- I hold in that position from 30 to 60 seconds

Try this exercise.
The squash jelq is very similar to the compressor in that you push down on the top of your dick with your other hand as you jelq. It's just another girth workout. I'd say it targets girth exclusively better than regular jelqing, because it does a better job of stretching the tissues circumference-wise. As long as you don't put too much internal pressure on your dick, the exercise really isn't that intense. It definitely can be if you squeeze and push hard though.My Scientific Theory on PE

As you said the ssj doesn´t appear to target much the base girth but who know if the pressure caused from pressing down could do something... .
For my base girth I usually do obends downwards semi erect (pliable after jelqs). After a few sets (I only bend upwards and downwards, don´t like the feeling bending to the sides) if I look to my cock at the mirror it has a nice and fat base girth
As for my english, is just in my signature, sometimes I made some grammatical mistakes so I thought it was a good idea to warn people :PSorry for my english! I´m spanish
