This is (to my knowledge) the first time a 3rd party entity has acknowledged making gains from male enhancement training! What's especially notable is the entity in question is a mainstream media reporter!

The article goes over some of the movements performed during training (from a first party perspective), and it covers opinions from different viewpoints on the subject of male enhancement.

Overall, I think the article was very well done while still remaining objective.

although I think with pegym JP90 plays a big role for beginners & should have been mentioned. I didn't find out about erection fitness program until I ordered my supplements in Bulk & they threw in that program for me. By the time I started Big Al's erection
