  • What stretch should I progress to after the basic stretch?

    What would be a more advanced/ intense stretch to go to after the basic stretch? I am getting close to the end of my routine and considering trying a different stretch. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

    I think the mandingo stretch from DLD is a good one.

      Not sure what you're doing now as you didn't say. I'd suggest BTC stretches to the left, centre, and to the right, then downward to the left, centre, right. Then outwards to the left, centre, right an finally upwards to the left, centre, right.

      if you're doing all that, then progress to bundled stretches.
      Original/Current Stats:
      09 / 2017: BPEL 6.75" / NBPEL 6" / MEG 4.75" / BPFSL 7.25"
      09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"

      Realistic Goals:
      BPEL 8" / NBPEL 7.0" / MEG 5.25"

        I have been doing the basic stretches (left, right, straight out, up and circles) and 50 side to side stretches. I'll give the bundled stretches a try. Thanks!
