  • Edging

    So I started my routine a few days ago,its very simple I'm not doing a plan or anything until later on just jelqing for 20-30 minutes and then edging,problem is I get carried away when edging and wind up just jacking off,so for now I'm just gonna stop the edging just stick to simple jelqing but does anyone have any tips for having more self control,I haven't been using porn btw.

    Self control develops with use.
    It isn't usually aproblem ejaculating so long as the goal has been reached.

      Okay cool,right now I'm just taking it easy really focusing on not working it since I did that last time and it turned me off of this for a while

        Stamina training should be done with paying maximum attention to your "visualizations". This is NOT a reference to sexual fantasizing, but to projecting the type of emotions you wish to have during actual sexual encounters. You'll want to project a feeling of utmost confidence and being completely unencumbered. That way, you can focus on all of the sensations of the exercise. By doing this, when you do have live sexual encounters your emotions will be "trained", and the stimulus of a live environment will help you enjoy the experience even more.

        You must make sure you approach your training and sexual activity with at least a neutral mindset.

        When you begin the exercise or feel feelings of anxiety coming on, clear your mind. Sometimes, picturing something neutral or a field of white light can be useful. Focus solely on the tactile sensations you're inducing. At the same time. attempt to emote a feeling of confidence and being unencumbered. if your mind starts to drift then take a deep breath and re-center yourself.

        This is something which may take some getting used to, but once you turn the corner on this procedure you'll realize the great benefits to be had.

          What about edging after using the bathmate and a few simple stretches. I thought I read edging helps secure gains . But I hear ya, I get carried away too. Lol

            The subconscious mind can definitely be trained in some amazing ways with conscious thought. I credit my stamina to it because I always imagined the girl on the receiving end as being disappointed or angry if I came prematurely. I could call up those thoughts if I got too close and back myself down without slowing down or taking a break in the action.

            I've also run into some bouts with performance anxiety, and managed to win them with mental practice. Its as easy as visualising just making out while your masturbating, associating something as simple as kissing or feeling her up with pleasure. With a little focused mental practice, I found myself getting easily aroused by the little things she does.

            Never underestimate the power of the mind.
