  • Tunica and Bundled stretch

    Do any of you think doing bundled stretches daily is too much work on the tunica? I feel like I’m a hard gainer. I’m want to increase my length by and inch and girth by .5. My goal is 6.5 x 5.5.

    Hey LilBill,
    I’m somewhat new but I’ve read a lot about the bundled stretches since my main goal is length, I’m gonna hold off a while before I try them out but with that being said everything I’ve read said they are pretty intense, so I can’t say if that would be too much or not but if your conditioned enough for it maybe give it a try and watch your PIs?
    Bpel:5.7” EG:4.5”
    short term goal 6.5”x5.0”

      I'd say it greatly depends on how conditioned you are. I have only been truly dedicated to this for 3 weeks and 2 days. Rigorously training. I'm waiting to do this style of stretching until I have reached a plateau.
      Start: 9/1/18
      BPEL-6.25", BaseEG-6.25", MSEG-6",EW-2.1",BPFL-4.5", FG-5"

      Current: BPEL 7.75"-BEG 7.16"-MSEG 6.41"-BTHEG 6.25"-BPFL/FBG 5.5"-6.5"

      Goals:
      2019 - 8.5-9" x MSEG 6.5" - NBPEL 7.5-8" - Flaccid NBPEL 6" x 6"
      End: When she says to stop.
