Do any of you think doing bundled stretches daily is too much work on the tunica? I feel like I’m a hard gainer. I’m want to increase my length by and inch and girth by .5. My goal is 6.5 x 5.5.

Hey LilBill,
I’m somewhat new but I’ve read a lot about the bundled stretches since my main goal is length, I’m gonna hold off a while before I try them out but with that being said everything I’ve read said they are pretty intense, so I can’t say if that would be too much or not but if your conditioned enough for it maybe give it a try and watch your PIs?Bpel:5.7” EG:4.5”

I'd say it greatly depends on how conditioned you are. I have only been truly dedicated to this for 3 weeks and 2 days. Rigorously training. I'm waiting to do this style of stretching until I have reached a plateau.Start: 9/1/18
