Can anyone give me feedback? I feel that too much of my shaft is being hidden by my testicles. I would like more exposed shaft

You could try a leather ball stretcher. They make them in different lengths. Wear it all day except when doing pe and shower. Also for a few minutes a day you could do testicle stretches-grab behind your glans and pull up towards your belly button while simultaneously grabbing your sack above your balls and pulling down. Yikes, didn't know it was indeed turkey neck although I've seen the term on here plenty... thanks for the link, will read up.

Ball stretcher is your best bet, other than that its kind of a genetic thing. I believe stretch/PE over time will loosen the skin and help spread that area out.
Starting: 6.5x4.9
Current: 7.5x5.75
Goal: 8x6++

Just be careful with scrotal stretching! As you age, your scrotum should stretch out naturally. Any stretching you do now may impact this later on- giving you lower hangers than you wanted.
