Ok I have a plan and I want to know your thoughts about my master work out routine:
Warm up: 8-10 mins
Stretch Out, Left,Right, Down, Up: 30 seconds each,3 Reps
jelq: 10 mins+ 2mins added each week
Warm Down: 2-3mins
Work out: 75 Jump rope, hand 20clap pushups, 25 crunchs and 15 Curls, 3 reps of each
Eat Healthy Dinner!
Also: Eat 3 Oranges a day 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 at night
How does this sound to you and do you think drinking protein drinks will help increase gains a bit more?

The high protein diet will not help you gain in any PE aspect, but it won't hurt either. Also it may help you with your workout (as in body workout).
Your workout sounds good, but I wouldn't increase your jelqing time by 2 minutes every week. That sounds kind of intense, or actually it sound TOO intense. I personally didn't add the time I jelq until I was passed 2 months in, which was then I then increased my time by 2-3minutes which is what I presently workout with. Have you considered adding kegeling to your routine, it is a definite EQ helper and highly recommended.
