  • 8 month MegaPlateau!

    Ive been having SOOOOOO much trouble gaining since the past 8 months. I havent gained a smidge at all in length, ive only made .25 girth and thats not even my focus .

    Im looking to gain in length right now first but i have stayed at 6.75 bpel since september of last year. As stated before, thats 8 months.

    During month 7 i took a month long (29 day) decon break, when i came back to exercise, still no gains after an additional 1 month.

    What the heck is going on?!?!?!?! Ive tried a WHOLE menagerie of exercises and routiens:

    Light stretch/jelq
    Light stretch/heavy jelq
    Heavy stretch/light jelq
    Only jelqing

    (the only thing ive never tried is only stretching)

    I have no idea why im not gaining at all.

    -I took decon breaks, ranging from 1 wk to 1 month
    -I tried to isolate my jelqing/stretching
    -I tried different intensities
    -I tried different on/off days
    -I tried different jelq erection levels

    Im just completely stumped. I guess i havent gained since my "newbie days".

    The only potential problem i see is the fact that my routines will last no more than 1 month (if i dont see gains in 1 month time). I stay on a routien for 30 days. If after those 30 i see gains, ill keep using it, if i dont see any gains, ill channge routines.

    Is it possible ive not been giving enough time to each routine? I ask this because it took me 3 months to gain .5 in.

    The way i see it is i have only 3 more alternatives:

    1. Take a 3 month long decon the whole summer
    2. Stick with my current routine to see if i get gains in 2 months
    3. Try a stretch only routine (enver tried before)


    Someone PLEASE help me out of this rut.

    I like Opition 4. Create a new program. A good program that consists of the more advanced exercises for length and girth. Then you stick with it for 3 months. Do it all summer long. Measure twice. Once in the beginning and then hide the ruler until the end of the summer when you measure again. Go enjoy your summer. Do what you do and have a great time! Do PE, but forget up your stats and measuring

    I don't think a decon break is the right move. Down time might let your guy get healthy, but you aren't growing either. As long as your PI's are good, then perhaps a decon break is a waste of time. Continuing to stick with your current routine is also a waste if you aren't seeing any gains. Moving to a stretch only routine could be a fresh idea. However, if you are going to put the time for stretching, then why not do some girth work too? Remember that adding an inch of girth creates more volume (more overall size) than adding an inch of length.

    As for your new program... Ask around. Lots of guys would jump at the chance to offer their ideas or even help you build a routine. I'd add loose clamping (I like girth work), but maybe you should start hanging if you want length. Once again, ask around. Maybe take small decon break (a week) while you put together your new attack plan.

      Ive tried the majority of advanced exercises hoever, its really to no avail for me..

      Ive done mostly girthwork in terms of advanced exercises, no jelqing, just mainly squeezing.

        i would like you to stretch everyday with DLD's beginner routine (its in my log)
        and then get you an ADS device, you need to stretch you slong as much as possible!

          Well. Then maybe the stretch focused routine is the way to go. I work still add some girth worth too, but that's me.

          Try adding

          Lazy Ass Stretch (LAS)
          DLD blasters (I learned about these from other sites, but I think you can find info thru the search feature)
          Bundled A stretches and bundles V stretches (I learned about these from other sites, but I think you can find info thru the search feature)

            Stretch everyday?! What about off days for resting?
            and then get you an ADS device, you need to stretch you slong as much as possible!
            I said in my OP that i couldnt use devices or anything. Manual exercises only for stealth reasons .

              rest days are only needed for girth work IMHO ...
              i have stretch everyday for almost 2months and my dick is working just fine

              sorry about the ADS advice ive must have overlooked it..
              but then again you can make one for you self very cheap..
              imean its JP how has a thread on how making one

                Well if youre stretching every single day, how is your penis gonna have time to rest/recover and grow?

                And i couldnt find your DLD stretch routine in your log.

                  Well my penis has 24 hours to recover - thats more than enough for me ..

                      yes i gained 0.2inch the first month ..
                      and i had been PE'ing almost a year before that without gains..
                      so i really think this is a great routine

                        You gained .2 your first month but what about the months after?

                        And did you use a warmup/cooldown thing at the end?

                          im stil going with the second month, i measure in 5days ..
                          and yes that stretches was what i did only, plus i used my ads from time to time..
                          Yes i did warm up and down my first month, and sometimes inbetween sets if i get to erect..
                          my main warm up is 20min at least .. and then the rest is 5-10min .. you should NOT warm down only up.
                          cool down or just let the penis cool by it self like myself.
                          Also try to jelq BEFORE you stretch, this has been VERY good for my stretches, there feel much better..

                            Wait you advise not to warm down or cool down at all?

                            And please when you measure in 5 days, please update this thread with your gains.
