    So here's my story:
    did traditional hanging but had a few breaks between it all so sadly I don't count it as well.
    5-6 x 20min sets and progressing a pound every 1-2 weeks. Barley ever hit fatigue.

    stopped for a while due to personal stuff and no schedule for it.

    then read progressive hanging. hanging 3 x 15 min sets every day but hitting fatigue.
    day 1 - 14, 14, 14
    day 2 - 14, 14, 12
    day 3 - 14, 12, 12
    day 4 - 12, 12, 12/11
    day 5 - 12, 10, 10

    This is progressive hanging. must hit fatigue, or force me to lower the weight by day 2.

    Anyways I've started at 9 but gradually went up the weeks that made me hit fatigue. I just started doing 14 and still I don't notice a lot of erect results. I noticed I flaccid hang longer than before now tho. HELP? Doing something wrong?

    Try to hit at least 10hours a week
    Current 7,7 BPEL 5,6 MSEG 14/11/18
