Sure. It is primarily an anti-turtle sleeve. Good quality product and great customer service. I never had an issue with turtling. But with PE my flaccid has become much larger so I thought I would try the sleeve to keep what I gained. I have no issue now with turtling so instead I wear it when I pump (and for awhile afterwards) in order to minimize my girth expansion and focus the pressure on length. However, be aware it will increase your visible bulge. That could be good or bad for you.

Yeah I see all these threads about girth bands and sleeves on penis for anti turtling
I figure if you enlarge your unit it will take care of itself
On the other side of the coin if someone wants it to hanger longer for visually stimulation I can see it
Some say they grew while doing this and they may have grew anyways

My original reason for starting to use a pump was for a more constant flaccid hang. It has helped, but I am thinking of incorporating some jelking as well. I want to find a way to maintain as big and heavy a flaccid hang as possible. Erect I measure 6"+ without bone pressing, and I'd like to add another inch, but that's erect and not sure how that's possible. Don't want to use stretchers or weight hangers.
Currently, after pumping, I will do an "OK" squeeze at the bottom of the shaft and hold for about 30 seconds. Also will sometimes keep that squeeze and, with the other hand, I also do an "OK" squeeze-though not as tight- and do a stretch as I run the second "OK" towards the head. Usually do this during a hot shower.
My size after the pump, even when it goes limp, is about 6.3" in circumference. This includes the head. I will usually fill up the 2" tube in about 20 minutes, though some days it doesn't get there, and others it gets there faster. There is a good amount of resistance pulling out because my penis is squished in there.
When I use the 2.25" wide tube, my circumference is about 6.5". I don't use that tube often yet though because the base of my penis tends to fill up the tube circumference-wise too fast and the rest doesn't fill up the tube. Works best if I pump for 20 minutes in the 2" tube, massage my penis for a few minutes after, then go into the 2.25" tube. Also, I have to use the rubber/silicone sleeves for the 2.25 to prevent a testicle getting sucked in (happened once and will NEVER forget that!). I got the large size sleeve/gasket but have to use pump suction and lube to get in, and then it is really difficult to get out of. Have been thinking of also getting an in between to the 2 and 2.25.
An idea I've had is, after pumping with the 2.25", release the vacuum but keep the tube on. The rubber/gasket thing is pretty tight around the base and acts like a cock ring. also, I go limp and the tube pulls down. But don't want to cause damage by restricting blood flow.
Regardless, a flaccid hang of 5" long by 6.5 girth is pretty impressive I think. That would be a very nice girth to maintain flaccid, but not sure it's realistic.
Anyway... my flaccid is still inconsistent.
When I get up from bed-either late at night to use the bathroom or in the morning, I have a very flaccid/soft condition with a hang of about 5 inches or 5.5. by about 5" circumference but it soon reduces to about 4" long and 4.5-5" circumference. Being able to keep a 5x5 hang would be great too, especially when it is totally limp and hangs straight down looking heavy. My wife, in fact, has expressed being impressed by the fact that it looks heavy.
So after all that, my question is if there's a way/s to maintain that big heavy flaccid hang.
Some of you have mentioned a relaxed pelvic floor being necessary. What exactly is that and how do you get there?
Also, I need to loose about 40 pounds and get back in shape. I know that, in and of itself, being in shape makes a big difference.
