  • V-Jelq vs. overhand grip

Could anybody tell me if there is a real difference between those two? I think they are pretty much alike, both the v jelq and the overhand grip seem to focus on the sides of the penis, whereas the underhand grip (thumb on top) seems to work the corpus spongiosum or the top and bottom more. Tell my what you think!

    Cheers

i use both the over hand, under hand and the v jelq during my sessions. i just alternate between them.. 10-15 of this type of jelq, 10-15 of the other, and just switch back and forth between the different types and hands if you are a 1 hander..

I dont think there is really a difference, you are still forcing blood up and expanding the tissue with each jelq
