    Hi everyone.

    I have noticed on several occasions that while my flaccid stretch length is good during a workout, a few hours later it is smaller. I am not turtling, I simply canít stretch as far despite a good warm up.

    Is this a sign of overtraining, or a sign that Iíve had a good workout? Push harder or back off and rest?

    (you might say I should stop measuring my flaccid stretch length all the time, but up to this point Iíve found it useful for gauging the effectiveness/intensity of a workout)
