Like the title says, just seeking some advice mainly for EQ gains. I'm fairly content with my size, 6.5 in length and 5.1 in girth, although some length would be a nice addition. A little background on me:
So is there a routine, besides not watching porn (Which I'm not doing!) that I can do to help purely with EQ? Not quite sure if I'm doing JP90 effectively enough due to the lack of EQ. I get to around 40% erection, do about 10 jelqs and go back to being completely soft.

- Am a healthy 27 year old, with mid-range testosterone levels.
- Have a balanced pelvic floor.
- Consider that I may have some form of ED caused from porn. When I view porn my EQ is probably a solid 9 but sometimes cannot maintain it, when I don't have porn: if I can get it up, it doesn't last very long at all.
- I did NoFap (which I don't believe is healthy since ejaculation benefits the prostate) for 25-ish days once, and had amazing EQ, but not sure if it was a fluke or not. I'd really prefer to ejaculate for health and sanity.
- Do occasionally have morning wood, not usually at full erection though.
