Hello fellas,

I've got a doubt regarding flaccid size exercises, such as bed fowfers and LAS... are they bad for the erection quality? Can they worsen the capability of the penis to properly erect, short or long term?

Lastly I've been having a very bad EQ, though I still conserve some gains I did back in the years (~2cm in length, a little unmeasured in girth). As this gave me problems during sex, I'm starting again to do PE, mostly jelqs, kegels and stretches, and mostly for improving my EQ.

But I'm also having the idea of adding flaccid exercises, as my flaccid hang is quite bad. Do you think that adding these exercises I could be stopping my EQ gains with the other exercises?
