    I get too erect whenever Iím stretching and it messes with my routine a lot. With ejaculating before help
    Start Length 3.5, 4.5 Bone pressed
    Girth 4.25 Mid shaft
    Now: Length 5.6, 6.5 Bone pressed
    Girth 5 Mid shaft
    .
    Goals: Length 7
    Girth 6.25 Mid shaft

    We have anecdotal evidence (PE survey) that you gain better without ejaculating (src (#5), im sure there is a pegym article/survey too!).

    From this source, we know that not ejaculating increases testosterone after 2-3 weeks. That might be contributing here!

    So, you could say, ejaculating is lowering your testosterone from where it could be and that might be indirectly affecting your gaining rate, which is evident by the anecdotal evidence we have!

    So if it is possible, try to go without ejaculating.
    Masturbating/edging and all is fine, but don't release!

        Here are a few things I do:

        1. I try to focus & count the tiles on the bathroom wall.
        2. Focus on form while exercising; try to blank out my imagination (no ~sexy stuff).
        3. If the erection is beating me, I am holding my breath for like 10-15s, having my cheeks and belly inflated then gasp for air - that kills it 90% of the time!

        If neither help, I simply repeat #3 a few times. Probably losing a few brain cells each and every time..

        Wait a minute, I think I now know why there is this stereotype that people with big dicks are stupid...

            Many things have a significant effect on testosterone like sleep . The extact gives no idea of the magnitude of test effect.

              A couple minutes research i found this re the extract in post 2. So i would not get too carried away .

              There was also from memory a study that found a spike in test at day 7 of nofap that disapated after that . It has not been replicated though so again I do not put much cred in it.

                One PE guru actually ​recommends you ejaculate before your PE as it pre-exhausts your penis and the extra blood flow actually helps promote gains and healing. The latter is actually scientifically proven in healing (not the ejaculating, but the extra blood flow). I should mention this guy has a HUGE penis, so maybe there's something to it?

                I don't get hung up on it. We do PE to have sex, so bust one off and go for it.

                  The survey does not depend on the explanation I tried to deliver regarding that paper.
                  It might or might not have an effect.
                  If you successfully manage to debunk it, it does not change the >fact< that better growth has been experienced by those that seemingly abstained from ejaculating.

                  Now, what you quoted does not totally discredit what I said either.
                  It says that testosterone levels stay higher while watching porn etc.

                  That means that if you do your PE regime and once the exercising part is finished, start to edge and even if not, go to bed, sleep and have nocturnal erections, that testosterone levels in your blood will still be higher than say if you were ejaculating daily.
                  So that still can influence PE somehow. How exactly, I cannot say because I do not know.
                  There is definitely a correlation between not ejaculating and gaining.
                  I have observed this myself. If I were to participate in that survey, I would vote and state that not ejaculating is beneficial.. which I am doing here btw.!

                    Hey if you think there is fine. What i am saying is that the evidence is far from convincing and the magnitude of the effect if any at all is small.

                      When Iím focusing on girth I will stop ejaculating. But stretching without ejaculating is so frustrating. No matter how I distract myself you canít distract random boners lol
