    Hello all

    For the past couple weeks I have been deconditioning after ~4 months of clamping. I got some slight discoloration and have been using this time to treat it. It has been getting better. However, the urge to PE is still there.

    Do you guys think if I resume PE with a length based routine and minimize girth work to light jelqing that I could still reduce discoloration a lot or would it be too counter productive?
    STATS BPEL: 8.25, MSEG: 6.5 , BEG: 7+
    ST GOAL BPEL: 8.5, MSEG: 6.5

    No, you should begin a routine of Firegoat Rolling to remove discolorization.
    Original/Current Stats:
    09 / 2017: BPEL 6.75" / NBPEL 6" / MEG 4.75" / BPFSL 7.25"
    09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"

    Realistic Goals:
    BPEL 8" / NBPEL 7.0" / MEG 5.25"

        The discolouration isn't permanent, more than likely. I got heavily into clamping and got really bad discolouration but it went away after a while. I don't know how long, but it was definitely a good few months, maybe half year to a year?

          Do you think stretching would only worsen it if I did that alongside goat rolls? The only time I experienced discoloration was from intense girth work.

            Girth work is typically the bringer of discolouration. Pumping and clamping were devils for discolouration. Stretching was always fine for me, so you should be okay.
