Next to my bed , I have a giant bean bag, its about five foot, I can just about hang straight out on it by knees on bed, stomach on beanbag, and hang in the whole between them.. Ive been trying it out. light at first, then my regular weights .
It could have been a schedule change , as sleep has been quite broken, however after hanging this way, eq has went down considerable. Im now sticking with mainly btc and sd, and easing into this lightweights a set or two.
