Hey everyone! I did JP90 over a year ago and have been in and out of PE since then. Currently have a schedule where I can dedicate the time I need to get some gains back. I'm currently just working on my length by doing side-to-sides. I have noticed that my EQ is not what it used to be, and my ejaculations are more of an ooze. I have started to hydrate better which seems to help a little, along with exercise.. but it still seems pretty weak.
What PE recommendations are there for these two problems? I have been surfing the forums for a few hours and can't quite find what I'm looking for.
