    I haven't measured in probably 6 months and I continue my routine daily. I would like to consistently measure, however, I cannot stimulate myself enough to get a full erection. Sometimes even with porn. I maybe watch porn once a month too. I had been measuring bpfsl for awhile since it was the only way to get a consistent measurement but that doesnt really tell me what my actual size is. Oddly my bpfsl is 8" and my last measured bpel was 6.5. I'm one of the few that has an extremly high fsl vs actual size

    However you measure, make sure you are consistent with it.

      An inch and a half difference is a good indication of your BPEL potential with simply improved EQ.

      You may want to focus on things to improve your eq. First would be to diagnose why your EQ isn't reaching 100%.

      It would be good to know your routine, as well as life habits like masterbation frequency, diet, age, body composition, and any medications you may take to be able to comment on how to improve EQ.

      As for easy measuring, I have measured the distance from tip of thumb to tip of Pointer finger on left hand when fully extended from each other. For me this is 7". I use this as my reference of measurement to quickly check at any given time. As I can easily start losing EQ when I grab and start measuring with ruler, when I get to where I'm about an inch past my finger Im starting to reach my goal. Until then the ruler is pretty irrelevant to me. Gains are nice but the goal is what matters to me.

        Other than BPFSL, I would focus on improving EQ.

        After all, why do PE if you can't use it?

          One thing is to find a household object that matches your stats. A can of deodorant or a toothpaste tube. It is a quick way to judge progress.

            Definitely improve EQ, my man! Search "Janus Bifrons" on youtube, he's got a whole new approach to PE, and if there's one thing his exercises do best it's improving EQ, trust me on this! (Diet is a big part of his concept as well).

            I hate measuring, I hardly do it. But...

            1.) don't try to "force" yourself into getting hard for measuring when you'Re not really in the mood, especially with your EQ issue. Keep a ruler or an object nearby and when you have a strong boner going, measure. I'm always anxious before measuring and can hardly get to 100% (which could really be the difference in terms of gains!)

            2.) I don't use a ruler, but a piece of wood. If I take a ruler and read the numbers, I tend to cheat myself into pushing me just a little more so I've "gained". So take any straight object, hold your dick next to it, and then measure it on the object.
