I won't go into too much detail in touting the service except to say that it's designed for men that want assistance with their training. If you're interested in knowing more, you can read through the site in detail or see what other guys have to say about it.
That being said, the best way of learning about PE is to educate yourself. Some guys like to go it alone, others prefer the forum setting, while still others like the idea of having an experienced "personal trainer" to assist them.

kegel exercises as important. Yes they do say it is important, they even tell you to do them at the end of your workout, and also throughout the day.

I did that way back when. I PE'd previously and put on about .2" NBP and something I don't remember (.05" or something) in about 3 months. That was a few years ago, so I don't really remember all that noise.
I took the erect pressure girth squeeze (changed the name slightly... no girth since squeeze = girth anyways) off their site and was going to submit it here when I get some free time. Otherwise everything on there is on here... and I prefer here.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
