How much pressure should be applied to keep it in my grip? How hard should I be pulling? Should it be with a 'thumb behind glans with fingers closer to the base' or a 'thumb behind glans with fingers further away from the base than the thumb? Thanks.

How to stretch properly?

When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

i am not circumcised, so when hanging/stretching i find it best to get a plump 30%er and start pulling from the base with the skin pulled back, then automatically the grip moves to one inch behind glans, with the full-blooded chub stopping it from going furtbherRe-Start 2 mos GOAL

I stopped gripping under the glands because I felt like I was losing size in the area behind the glands.
