  • Need some advice for my routine

    So I'm trying to make a new routine with the limited time I have.

    My current plan is to clamp on wednesday and saturday and do some mild stretches on the other days. I was just after some advice on what I should change if anything. I feel like only clamping 2 days a week won't do much, but I wonder if just some mild stretching on the other days will be enough.

    I have a phallosan but find it uncomfortable. I've been curious about bib hanger for a while, I was wondering what that's like and if it's uncomfortable. If I can put that on and then study for a few hours that sounds ideal since I don't have much time to dedicate solely to PE at the moment.

    What do you guys think?

    I used to always hang and extend because I could multitask at the same time - study, work etc.

      I've been at it a while, I've had a bit of a girth increase from clamping. I've been doing it on and off since about 2015, but have never really found my groove. Porn was a large part of not being able to hold a routine properly in the past, but I'm over that now so the only restriction is the time really. The Phallosan hasn't done a great deal for me, I find it gives me a weird feeling in my stomach when I wear it, like it's pulling (Naturally). So I'm a bit adverse to wearing it since it's hard to concentrate with that feeling. I've done jelqs, manuals, light hanging with a sock (which sucked) and edging mostly. Clamping has been the only thing I've some sort of gain with, which is about a 0.1 increase in girth.

      EDIT: Sorry, should mention my goals. My goals are to get from 4.6" to 5" erect girth and 6" to 6.5" erect length.

        What goals do you have in mind? Survive or thrive? Also how long do you clamp for? If you want to thrive and get good results you'll probably need to add more.

        Wake up earlier or cut some less needed activity out of your day to make time.
        •JP90 monday.
        •Warm up, light stretches and clamp tuesday.
        •JP90 wednesday and thursday.
        •Warm up and stretch a little longer on friday before clamping.
        •Off on saturday and sunday.

        * if clamping is that important to you else JP90 all day.
        Not sure about your experience level but i think clamping is more advanced.

          Big question: did you enjoy manual exercises and did you feel they were beneficial to you? If no for either, then I wouldn't be inclined to recommend them, unless for conditioning purposes.

          You want some girth and some length. Pushed for time. I would get into vacuum hanging them. Best thing for length, and you can multitask. It may also give minor girth gains. Then move onto clamping when you've met your length goals. OR just do a solid clamp routine now, you may gain both length and girth. I certainly have!

          At the end of the day, you sound like you've done PE half-arsed. You won't gain shit, no matter what device or exercises you do, unless you are committed and consistent. So, you have to decide what you can do consistently, rather than necessarily the best approach.

            Manuals aren't great for me since I have arthritis in my hands so it's painful.

            I think for now I'm gonna try using the Phallosan again for a few hours on the off days and do the clamping wed and sat and see how I feel after a few months. If it's not too great after then I will definitely consider a vac hanger, which would you suggest? Would you suggest for days clamping or do you think 2 days of say 3 x 15 minutes is enough? naturally the time and sets will go up as I progress, but that's where I'm at now. And it's definitely slightly thicker the following day.

            I definitely have done it half arsed, now is the time to do it right since I'm over porn addiction.

              Hard to tell with clamping tbh. Some guys respond better to less days on, whereas others need more continuous workouts. Keep an eye on your PIs and NIs and see what works best for you. I always found a 2 on 1 off, or 3 on 1 off, schedule to work nicely for me. Others report clamping every second day.

              I used the vachanger3, but the LG is a far superior device, but expensive. If money isn't an issue, I would have gotten the latter. See how you progress with clamping and Phallosan before investing more.
