I'm on the same boat. Haven't had much luck with girth. I'm starting back again and want to focus on clamping, with some jelq. Like other said before me, I think we need to up the intensity, and try to get to a sore feeling afterwards, without getting injured of course. That's how I gained great length, I remember my penis feeling a nice soreness every day after hours of using my extender. I could tell that I was growing. I haven't had that experience with girth work.
